Edgar Angelone, Ph.D., FACPN
Dr Angelone is a licensed clinical psychologist, a Bicultural-Bilingual Neuropsychologists, and the Marin Neuropsychology Center director. He is a Diplomate in Neuropsychology, American Board of Professional Neuropsychology, a Fellow, American College of Professional Neuropsychology. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California San Francisco, Medical School, and Adjunct Faculty at The Wright Institute. He is also former Chief of Psychology, Marin General Hosptial. His areas of expertise are Dementia assessment and treatment, as well as Forensic Evaluation including Capacity Assessment. He is a member of the American Psychological Association Division of Aging, and Division of Neuropsychology, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the American College of Professional Neuropsychology, among others.

Angela Bates
Ms. Bates has expertise as a liason, facilitating communication flow within the office between patients/families, and our doctors and staff. She coordinates patient care and provides a wide range of administrative support services. She will be able to answer patient's questions and concerns regarding a number of issues, including schedule and insurance coverage.

Michael DeBellis, Psy.D.
Dr. DeBellis is a post-doctoral fellow and psychological assistant at the Marin Neuropsychology Center. He worked extensively with individuals with traumatic brain injury and other related brain dysfunctions. He completed his residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center. He is also a medical illustrator, and many of the drawings that appear in this website are examples of his artistic skills.

Eric Freitag, Psy.D.
Dr. Freitag is a licensed clinical psychologists with a specialty in neuropsychology and a Certified ImPACT Consultant. As a neuropsychologist, he works extensively with individuals with traumatic brain injury and other related brain dysfunctions. He started the Sport Concussion Program in 2006 and has provided baseline and post injury sport concussion care to many athletes in the Bay Area. Dr Freitag's athletic experience includes participation as a professional soccer player, collegiate football player, coach and referee. During his career, he has suffered two sport concussions. He draws upon his experience in athletics to provide empathic concussion injury management.

Maria Jose Prieto, Ph.D.
Dr. Prieto is a post-doctoral fellow and neuropsychological assistant. Her clinical interest include the evaluation of children and adolescents and Spanish speaking clients. She is also the coordinator of the clinic's Cognitive Rehabilitation Program.

Mary Schindler, Psy.D.
Dr. Schindler is a post-doctoral fellow and psychological assistant. Her research focus has been in dementia, mainly Lewy Body Dementia and diagnostic criteria. Her clinical focus has been older adults with cognitive disorders, including dementia, as well as, individualized treatment plans in cognitive rehabilitation with geriatric patients.
